You enter your card details on our checkout page. They are sent over an encrypted connection and used only to take the payment you authorized and to complete your booking. Access is limited to the people who need it for that purpose, and the details are kept only for as long as that requires. Please never send a full card number or security code by email or chat.

This website stores your booking selection in your browser while you check out, and the support chat may keep a small identifier in your browser so your conversation can continue. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this page.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limiting who can see booking records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is for adults booking tours. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Guest names and ages for children travelling with you are used only to arrange the booking.
