Everglades Guided Tours is an independent booking service operated by TicketsFinder Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Everglades National Park, the National Park Service, any tour operator or any official body. Tours are run by independent local operators.

• Use the website lawfully and for your own personal bookings.
• Give accurate contact, guest and payment details, and keep your booking reference safe.
• Do not interfere with the website, try to gain unauthorised access, misuse booking forms or copy substantial parts of its content without permission.
• We may suspend or refuse a booking we reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated or abusive.

We list tours, take your booking and payment, and arrange your tickets with the operator. The operator is responsible for running the tour, including its schedule, vehicles, vessels, guides, safety and on-site decisions. The contract to carry out the tour is between you and the operator.

• Prices are in US dollars and include our service fee, so they may be higher than the operator's own price.
• The price shown for each guest type and the total are displayed before you pay. Optional extras such as Ticket Assurance are shown separately.
• You authorize the full amount shown at checkout when you book. We charge your card once your tickets are confirmed with the operator.
• Some pickup locations may carry a surcharge; we'll contact you before your tour if yours does.
• If a price on the website is wrong, we may correct it and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

• After payment you receive a confirmation email. Your e-ticket follows once the operator issues it.
• Check your booking details carefully and contact us straight away if anything is wrong.
• You can look up, resend or request a change to your booking in Manage Booking with your booking reference and email.
• If a departure becomes unavailable after you book, we will offer another date or time, or a full refund.

• Choose the correct number of adults, children and infants. Age limits for each guest type are shown on the tour page.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tell us before the tour about any mobility, access or other needs so the operator can be informed. Some tours may not be suitable for every guest.

• The meeting point or pickup option is shown on the tour page and in your confirmation.
• Arrive at the meeting point, or be ready for pickup, at the time given. Late arrivals may miss the tour and are not refundable.
• Pickup times can be adjusted by the operator. Any change will be sent to you by email.

With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. Full details, including refunds when an operator cancels, are in our refund and cancellation policy.

Ticket Assurance is optional and priced at $5.93 per person. It must be added at checkout. It lets you claim a refund or move your booking inside the standard cancellation window if you contact us before the tour starts. The fee itself is not refundable.

• The operator may refuse, delay or change a tour for safety or weather reasons.
• Follow the crew's instructions at all times, and respect wildlife and other guests.
• Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed.
• Routes, stops and timings may change on the day.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of tour operators, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own booking, but you may not reproduce or republish them without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
